Acorn Income Corp. ("ACI") has announced a return of capital distribution of C$0.316 per unit.
The distribution will be paid on July 18, 2014 to holders of record on July 14, 2014.

At the request of the Company, ACI will be delisted after the close on July 14, 2014.

All trades occurring July 10 through July 14, 2014 will be for settlement on July 14, 2014.
